What You'll Do.

Manage and develop Project Accountants

Ensure financial integrity of data

Lead monthly project review meetings

Provide reports on project A/R & cash

Manage region month-end closing process

Conduct monthly project audits

Ensure contractual review of financial terms

Develop & maintain standards for team performance

Establish regular communication with Project Accountants

Enhance and maintain standard training modules

Assist in developing career paths

Support cross-functional efforts to implement ERP

Train new Project Accountants

Improve and support standardized project financial training

Optimize and maintain standard tools and workbooks

Represent Project Accounting as liaison between Finance & IT

Help ensure financial processes are standardized

Collaborate with Back-Office Accounting team

Provide support to Client Trust team

Serve as Project Accountant on projects

Support major integrated projects

Provide year-end financial audit support

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Work with a team of industry experts; Partner with seasoned leaders, technical specialists, and subject matter experts; Collaborate to ensure workloads are balanced; Establish regular cadence of communication with Project Accountants; Support cross-functional efforts to implement a new ERP system; Collaborate with the Back-Office Accounting team; Represent Project Accounting as the liaison between Finance & IT

Ongoing communication to Finance leadership; Communication of material variances; Regular cadence of communication; Monthly email updates; Quarterly update presentations; Communication skills
