What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Public Administration, Community Planning, Sociology, or related field, Three years of professional experience in developing state plans, project management, financial management/accounting, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Nice to Have

Interest and experience in federal block grants, HUD-funded programs, housing programs, energy efficiency, economic development, infrastructure management, or related fields, Experience with Generally Accepted Accounting, Experience with 2 CFR 200, Experience with 84 FR 2836, Experience with Community Development Block, Experience with Community Services Block, Experience with HUD HOME or other housing, Experience with ODEQ or EPA environmental, Experience with FEMA, Experience with non-profit administration

What You'll Do.

Act as subgrantee point of contact

Serve as subject matter expert for assigned programs/projects

Review financial documents for compliance

Design specialized training

Solve programmatic concerns

Ensure compliance with 2 CFR 200

Assess grantee performance

Analyze financial documents

Analyze programmatic documents

Review financial documents from charities

Identify duplication of benefits

Write reports on problems found

Write reports on corrective action

Establish due dates for resolving issues

Examine environmental documents for compliance

Work with state programmatic staff

Work with fiscal staff

Work with federal staff

Ensure successful closeout of assigned grants
