What You'll Do.

Support the execution of global vertical marketing programs

including new product launches

by managing timelines

Keep programs on track by monitoring progress

and following up with stakeholders on next steps

Coordinate across cross-functional teams (marketing

regional teams) to ensure alignment and timely execution

Manage day-to-day project tracking in Asana

ensuring tasks are up to date and deadlines are met

Maintain visibility into program status and ensure stakeholders are informed of progress and blockers

and organize finalized assets across digital hubs

and regional websites to ensure accessibility

Manage localization workflows

including submitting content for translation and tracking delivery timelines

Support campaign execution by creating Salesforce campaigns

generating UTM tracking codes

and validating links prior to launch

Ensure all campaign components are properly set up and ready for launch

Manage operational aspects of program budgets

including routing SOWs

and tracking invoices

Coordinate logistics for key initiatives

including working with external partners and internal teams as needed

Provide additional support for high-priority projects and ad hoc requests
