benefit, support, and enhance the California Community Colleges; building stronger communities by getting students and colleges the resources they need to succeed; expanding pathways to economic and social mobility across California; help to provide a wide range of administrative and operational support; ensure high-quality design and delivery of specific registered apprenticeship and work-based learning programs

What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum of two (2) + years of related work experience in a fast-paced administrative role managing multiple projects.
Nice to Have
Any experience in an education or non-profit environment preferred., Familiarity with the Community College system and registered apprenticeship a plus.
What You'll Do.
Promote smooth and efficient registered apprenticeship program implementation and development
Maintain proper documentation of participants
enroll participants into programs
manage participant data and databases
Provide meeting and conference logistical support

collaborating cross-functionally across departments; working with multiple educational institutions, industry employers, government agencies, funders, and more
Communication Scope
Outstanding written and verbal communication experience proofreading.
