Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in auditing, preferably within the insurance industry, understanding of insurance operations, including underwriting, claims, and policy administration, Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, written and verbal communication, adept at internal team building, Ability to work independently and as part of a team, Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite, inclusive of smartsheets
Nice to Have
Professional certification such as CPCU or RPLU is preferred

Monitor the implementation of corrective actions and follow up on outstanding audit issues
Stay current with industry trends

Assist in the maintenance of audit policies
Participate in special projects and investigations as required
