**Job Description** _FIS Management Services, LLC seeks_ _Programmer Analysts II- Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)_ _in_ _Jacksonville, FL_ to design, code, test, implement, maintain, and support applications software that is delivered on time and within budget. Work closely with customers, business analysts and team members to understand business requirements that drive analysis and design of quality technical solutions ensuring alignment with business and IT strategies and complying with FIS architectural standards. Provide application software development services or technical support typically in a defined project. Develop program logic for new applications or analyze and modify logic in existing applications. Code, test, debug, document, implement and maintain software applications. Maintain, test and integrate application components. Make recommendations towards the development of new code or reuse of existing code. Ensure system improvements are successfully implemented. Demonstrate an understanding of FIS systems and the financial services industry. Analyze requirements and translate business requirements into product designs. Write technical specifications and other forms of documentation. Suggest technical alternatives and improves/streamlines processes and systems. Complete project assignments and special projects commensurate with job expectations. Conduct planning, analysis and forecasting activities to plan projects and tasks. Participate in component and data architecture design, performance monitoring, product evaluation and buy versus build recommendations. _REQUIREMENTS_ : Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science and Engineering, Information Security and Assurance or related field and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation: managing application server operations, including start/stop processes, cluster & node Managements, and performance monitoring using IBM Websphere Application Server administrat
