Programmer Analyst **Company:** Argon ST Job Description Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an **Program Analyst** to join our dynamic team in Fairfax VA. **Key Responsibilities:** * Work assigned requests and projects to include design, development and testing of MS Access/VBA, IBM Cognos reports and SQL Server based tools. * Support daily interface operations to and from external applications to Costpoint ERP system. * Provide Costpoint user support, document issues, troubleshooting and general support for the software. * Perform updates of documentation related to development efforts and support implementation in production. **Basic Qualifications:** * Education - bachelor’s degree in information systems or related discipline. * 5+ years’ experience in software development using Microsoft SQL Server and stored procedures. * 5+ years’ Experience in programming with Microsoft Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), MS Access and Office applications. * 2+ years’ experience using IBM Cognos. * 2+ Years experience with Sarbanes-Oxley and implementing security best practices to safeguard sensitive data. **Preferred:** * Excellent written and communication skills. * Eagerness to learn current processes and support future development. * Possesses strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. * Demonstrates ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities. * Must be able to work under pressure to handle critical issues in a timely manner. * Ability to work as a team member or as individual contributor. * Experience with Teradata relational database management system SQL is a plus.
