Programme delivery experience, Ability to manage complex workstreams, Ensure operational readiness within structured governance environments, Professional qualification in a project management methodology such as APM or Prince2, or equivalent experience, Proven track record delivering large-scale, complex programmes within time, cost and quality constraint, Understanding of programme governance frameworks and structured delivery environments, Experience managing programme documentation including RAID logs, schedules and governance packs, Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, Ability to influence and build relationships across teams, Analytical and problem-solving skills, Attention to detail and data accuracy, Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and analysis

Deliver defined workstreams across integration and major revenue-generating programmes
Lead operational readiness activity

Translate programme objectives into detailed delivery plans
Drive execution against critical milestones
assumptions and dependencies
Escalate where required with clear recommendations
Maintain robust delivery controls
Provide accurate reporting on progress
Support transition and cutover activities
Ensure deliverables are complete and accepted by operational owners
