Support Talent Platform initiatives

Own relationship with assessor group

Engage assessors daily

Chair assessor meetings

Set assessor meeting agendas

Manage assessor meeting actions

Foster constructive discussion

Lead quality assurance of assessor output

Review assessment feedback

Evaluate feedback consistency

Evaluate feedback substantiation

Evaluate feedback standard
