Must Have

Proven experience delivering complex technology programmes within the IT services or consulting sector, Demonstrable experience managing programmes comprised of multiple technical projects and workstreams, Experience delivering Cloud and Infrastructure transformation programmes (Azure, AWS, GCP or hybrid environments), understanding of structured delivery frameworks including PRINCE2, MSP, APM or equivalent, Must be UK based, Must be able to pass BPSS check

Nice to Have

ITIL awareness desirable, particularly in relation to service transition

Operating at executive level internally and externally; Serve as the primary senior delivery interface for the client; Engage at Snr Management / Board level; Lead Programme Boards; Provide leadership and coaching to Senior Project Managers and Project Managers; Create a high-performing delivery culture

Reporting to the Head of Delivery, the role owns the commercial, operational, and strategic health of assigned programmes, ensuring that revenue, margin, delivery confidence, and customer outcomes remain in control throughout the lifecycle. Operating at executive level internally and externally, providing early warning signals, strategic direction and recovery leadership where required. You translate sales “wins” into structured, governed, profitable delivery outcomes, protecting both client experience and commercial performance.
