Significant experience delivering major capital development programmes, background in minerals, heavy building materials, heavy processing, or construction industries, Proven leadership experience with multidisciplinary teams, Demonstrated ability to manage multi-million-pound CAPEX budgets, Comprehensive knowledge of programme and project methodologies (e. g. , PRINCE2) and tools (e. g. , MS Project), analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities
Nice to Have
Programme/Project Management certification (e. g. , PgMP, PMP), Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (e. g. , Lean Manufacturing), Knowledge of environmental standards (e. g. , ISO 14001)
What You'll Do.
