What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Experience managing programmes in a customer environment, Demonstrated ability to deliver technology and business transformation initiatives in complex political environments, Self-motivated with a focus on delivering exceptional business and customer outcomes across multiple projects and initiatives, Proven experience managing large, complex programmes in consulting or customer environments, ideally spanning multiple workstreams and platforms, Ability to build, lead, and inspire collaborative programme teams, aligning diverse projects to achieve strategic organisational goals, Broad and deep understanding of technical software development, implementation programmes, and interrelated technology dependencies, Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and tailor messaging for executives, technical teams, and business leaders, financial governance capabilities, including managing programme budgets, tracking benefits realisation, and understanding cost, utilisation, and revenue impacts, Familiarity with multiple delivery frameworks such as Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches, and the ability to apply them effectively at programme level
Nice to Have
Any understanding of regulatory, compliance, and risk frameworks is advantageous, Experience in managing AI-related programmes is advantageous, adaptability and a willingness to learn and pivot in emerging technology areas is essential

Oversee the project governance & delivery

ensuring quality deliveries across complex
multi-platform IT environments
and scheduling activities for applications and infrastructure projects
maintaining alignment with agreed timelines and customer requirements
and manage project prepare and monitor budgets
track financial performance and benefit realization
Identify and control project risks
manage change plans and assess business impacts
Build stakeholder relationships
exceed expectations through effective communication
manage vendor contracts and agreements
Oversee the business continuity planning within the functional area
including development
ensure health and safety compliance in line with company policy
provide guidance within company policies
oversee phases of software development from requirements analysis to implementation
take on a variety of roles within Datacom to meet business needs and broaden your understanding
