Due to continued growth and investment in advanced aerospace technologies, this role offers ownership of high-profile military and commercial programmes developing electrohydraulic components for flight and engine control systems. Working in a state-of-the-art engineering environment, you will lead programmes from concept through to certification, ensuring delivery across technical, commercial, and customer requirements. **Role Overview** You will own end-to-end programme delivery, acting as primary customer interface and accountable for scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk. The role requires strong technical understanding, commercial awareness, and the ability to lead cross-functional engineering teams in a regulated aerospace environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Own and deliver complex aerospace programmes from bid through to certification. * Act as primary customer interface for assigned programmes. * Define and manage programme plans, budgets, and commercial performance. * Translate customer requirements into delivery and engineering execution plans. * Lead governance, reporting, and performance across workstreams. * Identify and mitigate programme risks and opportunities. * Lead technical/commercial trade-offs with engineering teams. * Ensure compliance with contractual and airworthiness requir
