What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Basic Engineering Degree with PG in Project Management/Engineering Management/ Construction Management/ MBA with specialisation in Data and Analytics, B. E. Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with mathematical aptitude, UG/PG in Computer Science, AI & ML, MBA in Data and Analytics, 2–4 years of relevant experience in AEC industry or consultancy in project management, project planning & controls, Quantity Surveying/Cost & estimation, or project coordination, project performance reporting, communication and interpersonal skills, Analytical thinking with good presentation skills
Nice to Have
experience/exposure to automation, Power Apps and Power BI, Knowledge of data science, Experience/exposure to Primavera P6, MS Project, EcoSys, Earned Value Analysis (EVA) or similar project management tools, French language proficiency
What You'll Do.
Assist in management and reporting of project finances
Collate data using financial database tools
Prepare financial reports
Raise payment certificates and invoice templates
Collate and monitor cost accruals
Track spends and contractor timesheets
Produce project KPI dashboards
Maintain project progress-tracking databases
Monitor deadlines for each project task
Manage release of incoming and outgoing correspondence
Manage registers and file systems
Assist PM with keeping project KPIs up to date
Assist PM in ensuring compliance
Maintain crucial project documents
Support project managers in implementing quality assurance processes
Analysis and reporting of quality KPI
