You will assist project managers and teams with governance, reporting, scheduling, and communication activities, playing an essential role in supporting project success. **Key Responsibilities:** * Support the Project Management Office (PMO) in maintaining project documentation, plans, and trackers * Help enforce PMO methodologies, standards, and controls across projects * Support audits such as, but not limited to, internal/external audits and ISO certifications * Assist with project reporting and dashboards to provide timely updates on status, risks, and issues * Coordinate PMO & PM Team meetings, including scheduling, minute-taking, and follow-up actions * Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and leadership * Maintain and update project management tools and systems * Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives within the PMO **Qualifications and Experience:** * Previous experience in a project support or PMO role, preferably within a technology environment * Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools an advantage (e.g., MS Project/planner, JIRA, MS Teams, Monday.com) * Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills * Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) **Personal Attributes:** * Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills * Proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment * Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with diverse stakeholders * Adaptable
