Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Manager or Architecture, Minimum of 20 years of experience in programme and project management within the hospitality sector, Proven experience as a Programme Director or senior leadership role on major development programmes, Extensive background in mega or giga projects in Saudi Arabia, preferably PIF-backed projects, experience in client management, strategic reporting, and stakeholder engagement, Exposure to PMC, developer, or client-side environments, Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills, Ability to operate effectively within complex, high-profile project environments
Nice to Have
Master’s degree preferred
