Sherpa Kids is a global organization dedicated to providing quality care for primary school children in their local communities. With a presence in approximately 265 schools worldwide, including 60 local services in Ireland now - and growing since 2014, we strive to make a difference in the lives of over 9,000 children daily. In Ireland, we offer Before School, After School, and Holiday Clubs programmes tailored to meet the needs of national-aged children. Operating on-site at schools, our customized services feature fun, structured, and engaging daily activities. At Sherpa Kids, we believe our work goes beyond childcare. We are committed to helping them achieve their goals through the expert care we provide. * Programme Lead must have experience in managing and leading a team * Own car required for programme lead * Maintain the day-to-day activities * Interacting with the children, their families and other staff members each day. * Lots of energy and enthusiasm to work with children. * Experience working with school aged children is preferred (Minimum 2 year) * Proficiency in technology and software (Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.). ## Qualifications * Experience working with School Aged children (Minimum 1 Year) * Childcare qualification Fetac Level 5 of equivalent * Basic knowledge of child development * Proficiency in English, both verbal and written * Garda vetting is essential (completed by us after interview stage). * Work Permit/ VISA essential * At least 2 written references checks are required before starting ## Additional Information Monday-Friday from 8-9am and 1:45-6pm #INDM
