**Job Description:** **Key accountabilities** * Own daily operations and master trading-related technologies, including DSPs, DMP and 3rd party ad servers * Assist in the development of processes, documents, reporting, checklists, etc. that ensure efficient procedures and improvement for both new and existing clients * Work closely with our partners (technology, media, and data) to oversee the launch and execution of campaigns * Continually review campaign performance, develop optimization strategies and ensure campaign recommendations are implemented * Act as a resource for, and collaborate with, the Media Agency account teams through the planning and buying process. **Qualifications & Skills** * Preferably 1-2 years’ experience in SEM, Campaign Management/Optimization, or Digital Media Operations. _Fresh graduates are also welcome_ * Knowledge of all or some of these DSPs (DV360, TheTradeDesk etc) is a plus * Meticulous with strong numeracy and analytical skills and ability to analyze large amounts of data * Ability to diagnose campaign issues, create solutions, to communicate and recommend those solutions to others in an easy-to-understand format * Excellent time management with ability to manage multiple projects across several client engagements while meeting deadlines **Location:** Hong Kong **Brand:** Iprospect **Time Type:** Full time **Contract Type:** Permanent
