Full Job Description

We are looking for an experienced digital advertising expert to strengthen our marketing team and lead the full launch of our programmatic buying via Display & Video 360. The ideal candidate has strong performance marketing expertise and hands-on experience with the Google Marketing Platform. You will have full support: top-tier creatives from our in-house design and video teams, advanced analytics from our BI department, and direct access to Google thanks to our key partner status. WHAT AWAITS YOU IN THIS ROLE? - Launch and strategic management of programmatic advertising: You will be the key person to launch and set up processes for media buying via DV360. - Leading and optimizing performance campaigns with the goal of maximizing results. - Designing and implementing advanced automation strategies within RTB tools. - Developing the FTMO brand in new markets. - In-depth data analysis and identifying key insights for further optimizations. - Active collaboration with the team and bringing new ideas to improve campaign performance. - Opportunity to participate in strategic decisions and the creation of long-term plans. - Advanced data analysis (Campaign Manager 360, GA4) and uncovering key correlations for next-level optimization. WHAT SKILLS SHOULD YOU HAVE? - Expertise in Google Marketing Platform (DV360, CM360): You understand account setup and architecture, Floodlights, bidding strategies, and frequency capping. - Buying Strategy: Experience with Open Auction, setting up PMP deals, and Programmatic Guaranteed. - Technical Knowledge: You understand ad specs (HTML5, VAST/VPAID) and can effectively brief our creative team. - Data & Brand Safety: Advanced audience management (1st/3rd party) and ensuring
