Must Have
3 years of experience in programmatic advertising, Hands on DSP experience, Ability to implement and oversee best practice setups across multiple DSPs, Analytical mindset, Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Ability to comfortably present monthly performance reporting calls to the client, Ability to present and help sell programmatic solutions, Experience in campaign management, Capability to troubleshoot common issues, Ensure timely communication with Client Services and Campaigns Teams

Track record in retail media, Experience across Amazon DSP, Experience across YouTube, Experience across The Trade Desk, Understanding of Google Ads Manager, Understanding of DV360
