We are now excited to invite applications for the role of **Programmatic Executive** with our awesome team in **Melbourne****.** **The role:** As a **Programmatic Executive** in our **Melbourne** office**** you will be responsible for devising, executing and optimising programmatic campaigns for a selection of clients. Reporting into the Programmatic Director, you will support the team to drive performance through display, video and other programmatic channels to achieve performance goals. **Core responsibilities include:** * Deliver and optimise programmatic media campaigns to meet client objectives. * Analyse campaign performance and audience insights to provide strategic recommendations and drive improvement. * Collaborate with internal teams, publishers, and offshore partners to ensure high-quality execution, innovation, and timely delivery of client briefs. * Lead client campaign optimisation by applying knowledge of programmatic tools and platforms. * Support financial performance and reporting. **A bit about you:** * At least 1 year of experience in a media agency, with knowledge of the programmatic landscape and hands-on experience using DSPs (DV360, TTD and Amazon is ideal) * Strong analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail. * Comfortable working autonomously, seeking support from management when needed. * Great communication and presentation skills. * A keenness to learn; we’re very happy to help develop your career and provide learning opportunities. **What’s in it for you:** * Real flexibility to work when and where you feel most productive with our ‘Be th
