Must Have
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or equivalent experience, Experience providing client services, customer support, or working with external stakeholders, Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience managing campaigns in programmatic advertising platforms, 2+ years of experience in digital marketing with focus on campaign management and optimization, Experience with analytics, attribution, and reporting tools, Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Nice to Have
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Amazon DSP, Advanced certifications (Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics, or similar)

Respond to live chat or email support questions

Troubleshoot complex DSP configurations

Highlight product gaps

Escalate technical troubleshooting issues
Surface widespread issues to leadership
