The **Programmable Platform Specialist** supports the development and adoption of the iPro programmable platform. **The role combines technical expertise with customer engagement** , helping customers and partners successfully implement programmable solutions across applications in Food Service, Food Retail, and HVAC. Working closely with Product Management and cross-functional teams, the specialist delivers technical training, develops enablement materials, and contributes to the growth of the system integrator ecosystem. The role also supports product launches and gathers feedback from customers to help shape future product development.
