This entry-level supervisory role is ideal for candidates with at least two years of experience in the IDD field. The position centers on hands-on direct care while offering exposure to light supervisory duties as you grow in the role. * Conducting orientation, ongoing training and supervision of 7 Direct Support Professionals * Staff scheduling * Coordination of medical appointments for individuals supported in the program * Monitoring inventory of the home’s groceries, medical and household supplies and purchasing s
