Must Have
Bachelor's degree from an appropriately accredited institution, three (3) years of experience related to the area

Knowledge of management principles, techniques, and practices, The skills to plan, delegate, monitor and review the work of others, effectively manage personnel by providing guidance, career development and proactively manage personnel actions by implementing corrective measures, Knowledge of standard office equipment including, but not limited to, computers, printers, telephones, fax machines, scanners, teller remote deposit capture bank systems, calculators, and copiers, Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications and specific internet sites that relate to the licensing of motor vehicle dealers, salesmen representatives and permitting of transportation network companies, Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in written form, Knowledge of accounting practices specific to money management, Basic knowledge of State Highway Patrol operations and polices, Experience with programs and applications used by members assigned to the Dealer Section, e. g. STARS, SADLS, INovah, MS OneDrive, MS Outlook, MS Teams, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Remote Deposit Capture, etc., Working knowledge of all systems, North Carolina laws, administrative codes, and agency policies and procedures pertaining to the licensing and permitting of motor vehicle dealers, sales representatives and transportation network companies
