The two priority areas of responsibility include ensuring orientation and ongoing training of employees and ensuring all aspects of the program are developed, implemented, coordinated, and monitored to the highest degree possible. This entry-level supervisory role is ideal for candidates with at least two years of experience in the IDD field.
