Bachelor's degree in Education, Mathematics, Science, English, or a related discipline, Minimum two (2) years teaching experience in the specific subject matter, Previous experience in teaching or tutoring, Knowledge of curriculum development and instructional strategies tailored to meet the needs of disadvantaged youth, Familiarity with college admissions processes, financial aid, and scholarship opportunities, Interpersonal skills, Patient ability to establish rapport with students, parents, and colleagues, Excellent communication skills, Organizational skills, Attention to detail, Adaptability to meet the diverse needs of our students, Willingness to extend self to help students succeed, Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities, Proficiency in using educational technology and online learning platforms, Current knowledge of programs, objectives, and requirements, Commitment to promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students

What You'll Do.
Support development and implementation of interdisciplinary curriculum
Conduct needs assessments
Perform pre- and post-assessments
