This is an in-person role, Monday through Friday, at our corporate headquarters in Tempe, Arizona., Hiring is contingent on passing a complete background check., This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

2+ years of experience in program facilitation or management, Human Resources, Learning and Development (L&D), or a related field, Experience with HR technology/HRIS systems, Organizational skills and attention to detail, Ability to assist with multiple projects and programs simultaneously while maintaining project timelines, Effective communication skills, Ability to assist with facilitation and presentations, A high degree of integrity and honesty to handle sensitive or confidential information, The energy and drive to accomplish goals, meet deadlines, and find solutions, Must be able to prioritize, problem-solve, and work under pressure in a deadline-driven, rapidly changing organization, Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English

Nice to Have

Experience with Workday Learning, Experience with Google Suite, Experience in instructional design

What You'll Do.

Assist in the execution of program curriculum(s) or supplemental training experiences

Ensure the effective communication of day-one details to new hires and leaders

Procurement of necessary tools

and applications for new hires

Coordinate and facilitate weekly new hire orientation

Support the facilitation of content for instructor-led training events

Assist with the development of self-service resources

Collaborate with team members to support the creation of effective talent programming and materials

Assist with the design

and management of lessons

or programs in Workday Learning

and develop reports that communicate results or trends

Track the progress and successful completion of assigned programs and learning opportunities

Assist with the management and deployment of communications for talent programs

Assist in providing guidance and follow-up to program participants and leaders

Contribute to a safe working environment that garners valuable feedback

Assist in the continuous improvement of programs
