What You'll Do.
Manage day-to-day responsibilities for multiple load management programs and pilots in the Mid-Atlantic.
Ensure seamless project implementation.
Contribute to various deliverables such as creating and managing progress reports
conducting research on demand response initiatives for other utilities
supporting program stakeholders and participants
and researching products and enhancements.
Implement and manage multiple load management programs and pilots
ensuring quality control and adherence to best practices to meet program goal targets.
Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets and databases for internal tracking to ensure program remains within its budget and stays on track to meet goal.
Report program performance to senior leadership regularly.
Support analysis and documentation of pilot offerings to propose future phases to utilities and/or regulatory commissions.
Analyze data and call out trends
find and address errors to resolution.
Develop and update high quality client reports within required timelines
provide regular program status updates.
Handle and track issues brought by subcontractors
and customer service representatives.
Address client and customer issues with a positive attitude.
Other duties as required to support our work nationally and provide direct support to division leadership as needed.

Working closely with program and portfolio managers.; Collaborate with multiple groups to ensure processing, outreach, IT systems, marketing initiatives, customer care, operations, and staff are aligned to reach a common annual goal.; Coordinate closely with the technical FLM team.; Coordinate with Program Operations to streamline program implementation efforts where possible.; Interface with the client team for day-to-day planning and program rule questions.
