Experience in high volume coordination activities, Client hiring manager/supplier/sponsor facing, Excellent verbal and written communications, Ability to work in a dynamic environment, Excellent analytical and problem solving/issue resolution skills, Excellent documentation and follow up skills, Exceptional time management, Excellent organization skills and attention to detail, Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT), PC skills, Able to work independently with minimal direction required for core daily responsibilities, Medium level of direction needed for advanced responsibilities, Customer Focused
Nice to Have
At least 2 years of industry/recruiting/staffing industry experience
What You'll Do.
Build and maintain relationships with Hiring Managers
Manage full lifecycle requisition process
Act as talent advisor to clients
Assist with PMO roadmap/AGS Way initiatives
Participate in client meetings
Assist client managers during contract labor acquisition
Prepare insightful questions for intake sessions
Document requirement intake conversations
Utilize reports to manage open requirements
Advise managers on requirement status
Monitor supplier sourcing strategies
Discuss expectations with HM
and oversee supplier performance
Document and track issue resolution
Monitor performance against contract SLA's
Conduct supplier scorecard
Maintain and update reports
Assist with presentation development
Provide constant interaction with client
Assist with worker assignment management
Ensure work orders are closed
Assist with collection of company assets
Monitor time and expense entry
Ensure new hire paperwork completion
