Experience in high volume coordination activities, Client hiring manager/supplier/sponsor facing, Excellent verbal and written communications, Ability to work in a dynamic environment, Excellent analytical and problem solving/issue resolution skills, Excellent documentation and follow up skills, Exceptional time management, Excellent organization skills and attention to detail, Able to work independently with minimal direction required for core daily responsibilities, Medium level of direction needed for advanced responsibilities, Customer Focused

At least 2 years of industry/recruiting/staffing industry experience
What You'll Do.
Build and maintain relationships with Hiring Managers
Manage full lifecycle of requisition process
Act as talent advisor to support clients
Acquire quality talent in a timely manner
Assist with PMO roadmap/AGS Way initiatives
Participate in client meetings
Assist client managers during contract labor acquisition
Demonstrate recruitment expertise
Gather detailed job descriptions
Document requirement intake conversations
Utilize reports to manage open requirements
Advise managers on status of requirements
Monitor supplier sourcing strategies
manage and oversee staffing suppliers
Document client/supplier reported issues
Track resolution to completion
Monitor performance against contract SLA's
Track requisition aging
Track time and expense entry
Track vendor compliance
Conduct supplier scorecard
Maintain and update monthly reports
Assist with development of presentation
Provide constant interaction with client
Assist with worker assignment management
Improve data integrity
Ensure necessary paperwork is completed
Close work orders in system
Notify appropriate departments
Assist with collection of company assets
Monitor time and expense entry
Ensure appropriate approvals occur
Ensure new hire paperwork is completed
Avoid onboarding delays
Log all client and vendor inquiries
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Participate in client meetings; Work with Hiring Managers; Work with staffing suppliers; Work with client, staffing vendors, contract personnel and other partners; Liaison with managers, vendors and security department
