Must Have

Nice to Have
MBA, other related graduate degree, or Juris Doctorate preferred, Experience in contract development and management activities including supplier negotiations, statement of work drafting, vendor compensation models and invoicing, and contract administration is strongly preferred, May waive degree requirement for candidates with seven or more years of directly relevant experience
What You'll Do.

Oversee the coordination of selecting
and contracting with external resources (subcontractors and vendors) committed to successful program execution
Collaborate extensively with internal stakeholders involved in approving and overseeing external vendors
Maintain an appropriate positive and mutually beneficial business relationship with business
and industry allies in support of Ameren Illinois’ Energy Efficiency objectives
Assist in the development and execution of business processes and strategies to increase Energy Efficiency participation among Ameren Illinois customers
Drive cost efficiency with external vendors through coordinating Requests for Proposals
Track program metrics
Prepare status reports to accurately monitor progress against program objectives
Stay current with ongoing trends in energy efficiency and demand response
