What They're Looking For.

Must Have

extensive experience in curriculum governance, administration and systems within the University of Sydney, with a understanding of its policies, governance frameworks and operational environment, advanced capability in business process mapping, requirements analysis and future-state process design, deep working knowledge of university curriculum and student systems such as SITS Tribal Client, Sydney Student/eVision, Akari and ServiceNow, understanding of curriculum data structures, governance frameworks and regulatory obligations, demonstrated experience supporting enterprise system procurement and implementation planning, unrestricted work rights in Australia for the duration of this employment

Nice to Have

postgraduate qualification in a relevant field, or equivalent combination of training and extensive experience

What You'll Do.

lead detailed mapping of end‑to‑end curriculum lifecycle processes across Faculties and central teams

translate curriculum governance

policy and operational practice into functional and technical system and process requirements

provide expert advice on curriculum systems

data dependencies and integration points across enterprise platforms

support procurement documentation

requirements schedules and vendor engagement activities

collaborate with academic and professional stakeholders to validate requirements and process designs

identify and escalate risks

gaps and dependencies impacting system design or implementation readiness

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Work closely with Faculty stakeholders, the Academic Registrar teams, ICT/Digital Sydney and program delivery specialists; collaborate with academic and professional stakeholders
