This position will prepare, format and send correspondence, assemble and distribute materials, assist the Senior Program Manager with tasks related to symposia program, registration, and budget, review the accuracy of documents, maintain company files electronically and hard copy, assist with answering phones, and operate standard office equipment along with other duties as assigned by the Program Manager. **Responsibilities:** * Responsible for online registrations, database entry, and all delegate registration correspondence. Serves as Symposia Registration Counter Coordinator in collaboration with Program Specialist & Program Manager. Maintain supplies in direct relation to registration. * Assist with completing tasks related to Symposia before during and after such as packing and unpacking supplies, set-up and take down of counter supplies, help with registration process, coordination of preparations, etc. * Directly support the Program Manager with budget and spending records for laboratory
