What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8+ years of proven experience in Project Management, background in managing ERP projects from initiation to completion, vendor management, budgeting, cost forecasting, financial oversight, established project / agile methodologies and best practices, Proven experience in leading and managing a team of project managers/scrum masters, staff supervision, development, fostering a collaborative work environment, continuous learning environment, understanding of Agile / SAFe methodologies, experience in guiding teams through Agile events, ensuring adherence to Agile/SAFe practices and behaviors, Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, In-depth understanding of SOX and GMP compliance standards, record of accomplishment ensuring ERP solutions meet these requirements, Project Management Professional (required), Certified SAFe Scrum Master or similar (required)
Nice to Have
Experience in Multiple ERP Implementations, leading and managing several ERP implementations, at least one full SAP S/4HANA deployment, Experience with Agile/Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) tools, Jira, Confluence, Jira Align, Expertise in partnering with Organizational Change Management teams, develop and execute effective communication strategies for ERP project transitions, Advanced skills in identifying and mitigating complex program-level risks and dependencies, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines, SAFe Release train Engineer (preferred), SAP Certified Application Associate (preferred)
