## Description WORLD WIDE PROFESSIONAL SOLUTIONS is a project solutions organization committed to implementing lean constructions, collaborative contracting, and execution approaches to enable breakthroughs in performance. WWPS is seeking an experienced Program PMO Manager to join our growing team in Chandler, AZ, supporting a large-scale semiconductor basebuild construction program as an Owner’s Representative. This role will help lead program level governance, reporting, controls, coordination, and execution alignment across a complex semiconductor construction environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience supporting high tech, mission critical, advanced manufacturing, or semiconductor construction programs, with direct exposure to basebuild scope, cleanroom environments, central utilities, MEP systems, construction controls, and executive level reporting. This role requires strong leadership, technical understanding, organizational discipline, and communication skills. The candidate must be able to operate across multiple stakeholders, drive consistency across project teams, identify risks early, and support decision making in a fast paced, safety critical construction environment. This is an onsite position in Chandler, Arizona. Candidates must be local or open to relocation with an approved package. Key Responsibilities Serve as a program level PMO lead supporting the Owner’s Representative team on a large-scale semiconductor basebuild construction program. Establish and maintain PMO governance processes, reporting cadence, action tracking, escalation paths, and program communication standards. Coordinate across owner teams, construction management teams, general contractors, design partners, trade contractors, and internal WWPS stakeholders to support alignment on scope, schedule, cost, risk, safety, and quality.
