What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field of study, minimum of 2 years of Program Planning or Scheduling or Project Management experience, Prior work experience using software designed for creating and maintaining industry related schedules
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree in STEM, Ability to decompose statements of work into their basic elements and transform them into workable program plan, Intimately familiar with applicable Government regulations, especially pertaining to program planning and Earned Value compliance, Understanding of basic product development principles including Agile SW development, Ability to interface and influence at all levels of an organization with communication skills, both verbal and written, Familiarity with any of the following: Achieving Process Excellence (APEX) SAP/R3, Microframe Project Manager (MPM) or similar EVMS tools and software applications such as Oracle ERP, Deltek Cobra and Deltek MPM Connect, Demonstrated ability to balance technical/cost/schedule constraints to achieve customer satisfaction, Project Management Professional (PMP) Certified by the Project Management Institute (PMI)
What You'll Do.
Develop and maintain program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
Incorporate contractual and programmatic changes into IMS
Ensure IMS compliance with government customer requirements
Ensure IMS is resource loaded for applicable scope
Conduct detailed analysis of IMS and supporting documents
Communicate schedule status and analysis results
Support EAC and LRE processes
Develop and maintain Program Master Phasing Schedule
