Our team partners with leading advocacy groups, grassroots organizers, and electoral campaigns to develop innovative tactics, win elections, and shift power for the long term. As the R&D powerhouse for the progressive movement, we’ve run over 100 randomized control trials (RCTs) on voter behavior and helped hundreds of organizations increase their impact. We work hard, and the environment evolves rapidly. We are adaptable, nimble, and shift quickly as needed to meet the moment. We are looking for candidates that thrive in this type of environment. This is a temporary hire for the 2026 election cycle that will run from ASAP to November 15, 2026. This role is fully remote. ### Role Overview The Program Operations Coordinator will support the polling images program, including overseeing the quality control process, supporting the maintenance workflows, conducting research, and collaborating with internal stakeholders and election offices for successful program implementation. ### Responsibilities * **Lead day-to-day project management ** * Manage program timelines and proactively flag potential delays. * Support the polling image workflows, updating Asana and spreadsheet/tracking tools. * Collaborate with management to promptly resolve quality or timeline issues. * Collaborate with Engagement Services and Data teams, to support successful program implementation. * **Manage data sources and quality** * Manage data sourcing, quality, and continuous improvement of the Polling Place Images Program. * Ensure that all polling location data and associated images meet internal standards for accuracy and quality. * Manage FOIA requests to Secretaries of State and county election offices, ensuring data is acquired early
