Support Project Managers with the execution of ongoing AI data and annotation projects
Track project progress
operational milestones
and delivery timelines
Help maintain project organization across trackers
and operational workflows
Assist with reviewer coordination
and day-to-day project communication
Monitor operational issues
escalate blockers quickly
and support rapid issue resolution
Support quality control workflows and operational audits under Project Manager guidance
Handle high-volume operational and administrative tasks with attention to detail
Maintain accurate records across project documentation and internal tracking systems
Assist Project Managers with project reporting
and operational follow-through
Support multiple concurrent projects while adapting to changing priorities and deadlines
