Contribute to forecasting strategy
Drive improvements in forecasting processes
Define repeatable weekly process
Establish variance thresholds
Establish criteria for forecast overrides
Monitor short-range volume forecasting
Ensure stability and accuracy
Track forecast accuracy
Simplify and reduce forecast systems
Define forecasting methodologies
Drive improvements in model performance
Lead transition from BALF
Incorporate holiday events into framework
Leverage AI and ML technologies
Identify opportunities to enhance models
Reduce manual intervention
Partner closely with Finance
Support long-range forecasting
Support financial planning
Ensure alignment between workforce plans
Define evaluation mechanisms
Create methodology documentation
Develop internal SOPs
Improve cross-team protocols
Refine handoff procedures
