Work with product team; Facilitate team problem-solving; Enable delivery teams to develop new approaches; Communicate cross functionally; Ensure transparency of progress and outcomes; Report team progress and accomplishments up and across the organization; Drive stakeholder meetings to ensure transparency and accountability; Facilitate cross functional communication by documented status updates, sprint/product demos and team retrospectives; Promote joint accountability of results; Solve productivity issues; Engage in and facilitate requirements, user experience and technical conversations across platforms and multiple levels of influence; Provide proactive coaching to individuals on the business and technology teams
