Full Job Description

The US Prime and Merchandising Technology (UPMT) Business Intelligence team is seeking a Program Manager to drive operational excellence across our intake, planning, and dependency management mechanisms. In this role, you will be the connective tissue that enables a central, shared-service BI team to organize incoming work, communicate progress on prioritized initiatives, and resolve blocking dependencies within UPMT and across partner organizations. You will own the design, operation, and continuous improvement of mechanisms that keep our BI team aligned with stakeholders across US Prime, North American Site Merchandising, and Discovery Technology. To achieve this at scale, you will build and maintain AI agents that automate intake triage, dependency monitoring, status synthesis, and backlog management — freeing the team to focus on high-value analytical work while ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. When priorities conflict, dependencies stall, or outside teams hold the keys to progress, you will be the person who identifies the blocker, frames the problem clearly, and drives it to resolution — leveraging intelligent automation where possible and elevating to leadership as necessary. This role requires someone who thrives in ambiguity, communicates with precision, and builds trust through consistent follow-through. You will work daily with BI engineers, data scientists, product managers, and engineering leaders to ensure the right work gets done at the right time. Key job responsibilities - Design, operate, and iterate on intake and planning mechanisms for the UPMT BI team, ensuring requests are triaged, prioritized, and tracked through completion. - Build and maintain AI agents that automate intake triage, routing, and prioritization where manual coordination doesn't scale. - Coordinate cross-team dependencies within UPMT, identifying blockers early and driving resolution through the appropriate owners. - Deploy intelligent monitoring that surfaces depende
