Onboard operational POCs
Identify process gaps
Define site-specific corrective actions
Own and optimize Unified Reverse Logistics process
Monitor and optimize FC Handoff Losses
Monitor sweep compliance
Monitor missort rates
Monitor square-off compliance
Act as primary point of contact
Represent program in leadership reviews
Drive weekly/monthly performance reviews
Ensure clear escalation paths
Ensure accountability
Quantify financial impact of initiatives
Report to senior leadership
