With decades of experience creating and deploying real world systems for demanding environments, the Stack team is dedicated to developing an autonomous solution ecosystem tailored to the trucking industry's unique demands. About the Role: As a Program Manager for Fleet Operations, you will hold cross-functional ownership over technical training frameworks and operational documentation across multiple supporting departments. You will establish continuous learning initiatives and build highly structured, lifecycle-tracked program plans from initial concept to final delivery. By leveraging your strong leadership and communication skills, you will partner directly with engineering and operations teams to synthesize technical workflows into clear, actionable training programs that ensure our fleet operations scale safely and efficiently. This position is Hybrid with offices in Pittsburgh and New Stanton, PA. Expected 2-3 days in office per week. Responsibilities: Design and run Fleet Operations approach to training content for all initiatives and supporting departments. Introduce relevant, innovative learning opportunities that have demonstrable impact across multiple teams and departments. Plan, develop, coordinate, and facilitate in person and virtual training classes for Fleet Operations Managers. Apply the appropriate level of project/program management structure and communication to those initiatives.
