Must Have
Graduate in any discipline, 8+ years managing training/people capability development, Demonstrated experience managing and driving AI and emerging tech related training, Demonstrated experience managing stakeholder relationships, 3+ years program or project management experience, 3+ years working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams, Experience defining program requirements, Using data and metrics to determine improvements, 3+ years defining and implementing process improvement initiatives, Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level

As a training program manager in this team, your responsibility will include creating and managing training programs end-to-end, thinking big and innovating, and managing flow of information across multiple stakeholders to enhance user experience. We are looking for a professional who is self-motivated with business acumen, program management skills, a good team player who can earn trust of stakeholders, can innovate on behalf of customers and can deliver results in ambiguous situations.
