PhD in health services, social sciences, economics, or behavioral research, Minimum of two (2) years of experience managing projects, Deep knowledge of federal program operations and procedures, Experience with CMS data, Ability to Obtain Public Trust

Experience managing federally funded user engagement programs, Experience coordinating privacy and compliance activities, Candidates with an active Public Trust or existing suitability are preferred
