What You'll Do.

support internal and external engagements at key events

developing and maintaining trackers

interfacing with internal and external stakeholders to help coordinate executive schedules and content

drive internal processes for internal and external engagements

ensure continuous alignment across the team

Create and maintain spreadsheets to track executive invitations to third-party events

Initiate and manage Google processes for internal and external engagements

including contract administration

Interface with third-party organizers on event logistics

and other support for Google-hosted events

Manage logistics with external vendors and relevant Googlers who are attending events

Compile regular reports and status updates

Coordinate cross-functional input to inform event recaps

Monitor social media for Google mentions and other relevant content

Provide remote real-time support for Googlers who are ‘on-the-ground’ at major events
