This customer-first approach is how we built the world's most adopted cloud. Join us and help us grow. Are you a Program Manager interested in driving customers adopt cloud technology? We are building a network of experts to accelerate customer adoption by leveraging strategic investment and programs across AWS. Our team of PM deliver mechanism to guide how the AWS field builds specialization, engages with customers, and scales their knowledge. This role is focused on delighting customers engaging with AWS program initiatives. You will partner with sales team, technical/product team, technical leaders, AWS service teams, and regional leadership teams to build a community in driving the growth. You will define the community strategy, gather insights to focus experts, facilitate technical collaboration, and drive execution of programs. Key job responsibilities • Act as partner to provide investment resource to deals, working closely with Sales team in closing deals • Define and execute program strategy in partnership wit leaders , tracking key performance indicators for our technical field development efforts. • Define tooling strategy, gather local and international stakeholder requirements, define technical and business requirements to improve customer experience. • Partner with multiple field teams to plan out execution and unblock technical barriers for customers. • Understand how various tools, systems and related technical concepts integrate with one another to maximize program outcomes. • Host and/or facilitate sessions to deeply understand the impacts of system or process changes
