What You'll Do.
Own end-to-end project management of speed initiatives
Ensure on-time deployment of speed improvements
Manage padding configurations
Align UDD across all miles
Identify and resolve misalignment
Build Brazil's operational contingency plan
Partner with central teams
Serve as centralized point of contact
Drive cross-mile alignment for speed plan execution
Synchronize FC departure times
Synchronize Sort Center processing windows
Synchronize linehaul schedules
Synchronize last-mile delivery windows
Inspect and report on speed plan deployment health
Track initiatives on track
Drive accountability across mile owners
Own contingency activation process during disruptions
Coordinate across operations teams
Trigger contingency protocols
Adjust paddings in real-time
Communicate impact to stakeholders
Lead post-event retrospectives
Maintain risk register for speed initiatives
Proactively identify dependencies
Proactively identify resource constraints
Proactively identify cross-team blockers
Propose mitigation paths
Document operational playbooks
Standardize operational playbooks
Test contingency plans
Update contingency plans
