What You'll Achieve.
Drive VX improvement by reducing Financial Disputes and Vendors Cost to Serve. Identify and eliminate defects across Procure to Pay cycle. Build solutions to eliminate Financial Disputes. Develop, implement, and govern KPI reporting for a portfolio of programs, providing visibility to milestones and performance, and using this data to drive/influence business decisions.

What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Requires 3+ years of program or project management experience, 3+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams, and 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics. Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL is necessary, along with experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
Nice to Have
Preferred qualifications include 3+ years of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership, 3+ years of driving process improvements, experience in stakeholder management with multiple stakeholders at varied levels, and experience building processes, project management, and schedules.
